Bulle Rock Turkey Trot
5k and 1 Mile Walk
Date: Thursday, November 24, 2016 (Thanksgiving Day)
Location: Bulle Rock Residents’ Club in Havre de Grace, MD
Time: 5k @ 9:00 AM, Walk begins immediately after 5k start
Race Limit: 500 for 5k, no limit for walk
Proceeds will be donated to the Susquehanna Hose Company to purchase much needed equipment.

5k: $25 until November 5, $30 after 11/5 including race day ($10 discount at either level for runners 10 & under – Use registration category “Children’s Registration”)
Walk: $25 until November 5, $30 after 11/5 including race day ($10 discount at either level for walkers 10 & under – Use registration category “Children’s Registration”)
The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable. SHIRTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO THOSE REGISTERING AFTER 11/14!
Course Information:
5k Run Course – Course Map
The course will weave through the Bulle Rock Community and Bulle Rock Golf Course on paved roads and paths. Strollers, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course for the 5k.
1 Mile Walk
The walk will share a common start line with the 5k before taking a different route through the community on paved roads and paths.
Awards:
5k
Top 3 overall males and females, as well as in each age group as follows:
10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, & 60+
There will also be an award for the youngest and oldest 5k participants!
Amenities:
Disposable chip timing for all 5k participants. Long-sleeve t-shirts are only guaranteed to participants who register by November 14th. If you do not register by the 14th we cannot guarantee that you will receive a shirt. Post-race food at the Residents’ Club! Water will be available at the halfway point of the 5k course, and course marshals will direct racers at major turns. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the 5k course.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Wednesday, November 23rd at the Bulle Rock Residents’ Club from 4-8 PM. Packets will also be available beginning at 7:30 AM on race day in the Residents’ Club.
Due to time constraints on race day, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE participants to pick up packets on Wednesday.
