The St. Joseph School 5k is an opportunity for the whole family to get out and enjoy a morning of fitness and fellowship. Race proceeds will benefit areas of need within the school including technology, classroom improvements, books, and programs. Course Information:
5K
The 5K course consists of two loops around the paved and grass cart paths of Mount Vista Park, formerly an 18-hole golf course. While some sections of the cart path are paved and still in excellent condition, other sections have deteriorated and cracked, or been covered by grass. Course marshals will be present to notify participants of certain rough sections, but caution should be exercised!
For safety reasons, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the 5k course. Jogging strollers are permitted, but we ask that you start in the back of the pack so that your stroller does not create a tripping hazard for other participants. Be prepared for some bumpy sections!
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
1 Mile participants will stay on the paved portions of the park path system and complete a smaller loop before returning to the finish.

Top overall male and female
Top 3 male and female finishers in the 8 & Under and 9-14 age groups
Top male and female finishers in the rest of the age groups as follows: 15-21, 22-35, 36-49, and 50+
Amenities:
Race t-shirts are guaranteed to all 5k participants registered by March 30 (availability and sizes can not be guaranteed for those registering after the 30th). Water will be available on the 5k course, and course marshals will direct racers at all turns. Restrooms and on-site parking are available at the park. Please consider carpooling if possible to minimize our impact!
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Saturday, April 11th at St. Joseph School from 1-3 PM near the playground. Packets will also be available for pickup on race day at Mount Vista Park beginning at 8 AM.
