The Tanner’s Touch Foundation is a 501(c)3 that was started in honor of a little boy named Tanner, who was diagnosed with cancer at age 3. The foundation hosts events to raise money for families of children diagnosed with cancer to offset the cost of medical treatment. We also host special events to raise money for pediatric cancer research at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

$35 after 10/19 including race day
The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.
Fundraising/Donations:
If you are signing up to participate in the 5k run or walk, you can sign up to be a fundraiser and collect donations to be sent to The Tanner’s Touch Foundation through The Community Foundation of Carroll County! Simply click “Fundraise for Community Foundation of Carroll County Inc.” when completing your race registration.

Course Information:
The 5k course will begin and end at Celebree of Westminster (1235 Tech Court), making a loop around Tech Court on paved roads. Strollers are welcome, but skateboards, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course for the 5k.
Awards:
Top 3 overall finishers (male and female) will receive awards, as well as the individual with the highest fundraising total.
Amenities:
Instead of the typical race t-shirt, gym towels will be given to all registered participants! Water will be available at the halfway point of the 5k course, and course marshals will direct racers at major turns.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Sunday, October 20th at Celebree Learning Center (1235 Tech Court) beginning at 8AM. Additional packet pickup opportunities may be announced, so check back for the latest information!
