Time: 5k & 10k @ 8:30 AM, 1 Mile Walk begins immediately after the 5k & 10k races begin
One in six men and families are affected by prostate cancer. Close to 250,000 men this year alone will be diagnosed with this disease. While we have made incredible advancements, men are still dying from prostate cancer and it needs to end. Be a champion and support the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge Baltimore by signing up to run or walk today! With your help we can end this deadly disease that impacts so many of our loved ones.

The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.
Registration:
The team competition will be available again for the 5k and 10k races, allowing groups to compete for great prizes. In addition to individual results, teams of 2-5, 6-10, and 11+ people will compete against each other to complete the course with the fastest AVERAGE time of all team members. Get your family, friends, and coworkers to join you for a fun race benefiting a great cause!
If you plan to compete as a team, please be sure to select the team category on the race registration website. Teams must have a minimum of 2 people.

Course Information:
The 5k course is new for 2013! The race will begin on the track inside Johnny Unitas Stadium before exiting to run around, and through, the campus of Towson University. Baltimore County Police will monitor all intersections, and Towson University Police will provide assistance while participants briefly pass through campus. Strollers, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course for the 5k.
The 10k course will also begin and finish on the track inside Johnny Unitas Stadium, and consists of two loops of the 5k course with a small add-on during the first loop to achieve the full distance. Strollers, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course for the 10k.
The 1 mile walk will be completely contained on the track, as participants will complete four laps of the track on the inside lanes. Strollers are welcome on the track.
Awards:
5k Individuals
The top 3 overall males and females will win awards, as well the top 3 males & females in each age group as follows:
19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, & 60+
5k Teams
Awards will be given to members of the winning team in each size category (2-5, 6-10, and 11+).
10k Individuals

Amenities:
The race will be chip timed. Tech t-shirts (mens and womens sizes) will be given to all registrants (sizes cannot be guaranteed after 8/24, and availability is NOT guaranteed for race-day registrants). Water and sports drink will be available on the 5k/10k course, and course marshals will direct racers at major turns.

Friday, September 27th – The Greene Turtle – Owings Mills (12PM-6PM)
Saturday, September 28th – The Greene Turtle – Hunt Valley (11AM-4PM
Packets will also be available for pick up on Sunday, September 29th at Johnny Unitas Stadium beginning at 6:30 AM.
