Location: Lakeside Business Park in Edgewood, MD
Time: 5k @ 9:00 AM, 1 Mile Walk begins immediately after the 5k
GEEF is a 501c3, non-profit charitable organization that provides educational, social and fiscal resources to foster excellence in learning so all students can be successful in college, work, and life. The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.
Course Information:
5k Run Course – Map
5k will be on paved surfaces throughout the Lakeside Business Park. The terrain is flat and should host some fast times. Strollers, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course for the 5k.

Top 3 overall males and females, as well the top male & female in each age group as follows:
10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, & 60+
A trophy will be given to the largest school team, and each member of the team will receive a medal
Amenities:
T-shirts and race bags to the first 150 registrants. Water and HEED sports drink will be available at the halfway point of the 5k course, and light refreshments and breakfast will be provided for all runners. Course marshals will direct racers at major turns.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Saturday, May 19th beginning at 7:00 AM on race day. Additional pickup opportunities may be announced.
