Elite Race Management is proud to be the official timer of the 1st Annual Apple Capital Jingle Bell 5k! The race benefits the Winchester Youth Development Center, a six acre campus comprised of agencies committed to providing area youth with the opportunity for recreational and educational programs focused on their total development. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Shenandoah University Track & Field program.

Entry Fees:
5k: $30 before November 1, $35 from November 1 to November 30, and $40 from December 1 to December 22
Please Note: Race-day registration will NOT be available – all runners must preregister online through the link below! Registration fees are non-refundable.
Course:
The 5k course starts and ends at the Civil War Courthouse on Loudon Street in Old Town Winchester. The course is flat and fast through Downtown Winchester.
Awards:
Overall (Male & Female)
- 1st Place: $300 and engraved “Jingle Bell” trophy
- 2nd Place: $150
- 3rd Place: $75
- 4th Place: $50
- 5th Place: $25
Age Groups (Male & Female)
- Top 3 males and females in each age group: 17 and under, 18-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and 61+
Amenities:
5k participants who register by December 15th are guaranteed to receive a race t-shirt (sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed after December 15th). There will be a water station on the course, and water & sports drink at the finish line. Course marshals will direct racers at all major turns. A post-race party at Piccadilly’s Public House is also included with each race entry.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on the following dates:
- Friday, December 21 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Runner’s Retreat on the Downtown Mall
- Saturday, December 22 from 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM at the start/finish line
Due to time constraints on race day, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE participants to pick up packets on Friday.
