3rd Annual Sheppard Pratt Stride
5k Race & 1 Mile Walk

Time: 5k @ 8:30 AM, 1 Mile Walk @ 10:00 AM
The Sheppard Pratt Stride will be a fun-filled 5K and one-mile walk to raise awareness and funds to support the many Sheppard Pratt Health System programs that help patients and students, their families, and those affected by serious mental illness.
After the walk and 5K, participants will enjoy fun activities including music, carnival games, arts and crafts, photo booth, special entertainment, and more.

1 Mile Walk
FREE for kids under 2 (no t-shirt provided)
$5 for kids ages 2-15 (no t-shirt provided) until 10/5, $10 on race day
$20 for adults ages 16+ until July 31, $25 from 8/1 to 10/5, $30 on race day
The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.

The 5K run will begin on the Sheppard Pratt campus and loop through the surrounding neighborhood and before traveling down Charles Street to head to the finish. The course is on paved roads and features flat and hilly sections.
Awards:
Overall and age group awards will be presented to winners in the 5k race!
Amenities:
Race shirts will be guaranteed to all adult 5k and 1 mile participants who register by September 22nd. Registrations received after September 22nd will not include a t-shirt. Activities include carnival games, music, photo booth, bounce house, arts and crafts, face painting, illusionist, and more! Water stations out on the course and at the finish, as well as course marshals guiding you on the route.
Packet Pickup:
Packets will be available for pick up on race day (Saturday, October 8) beginning at 7:30 AM. Additional pickups may be scheduled, so check back for the latest information!
